Understanding the SEAL and the review process.
What does a SEAL show?+
It shows the recorded review outcome for a domain and the seal's current status. It does not guarantee every game, payment or future transaction.
Can a badge be copied?+
The image can be copied. Check the verification page URL and registered domain. An image alone is not verification.
What if a site is not listed?+
Submit its domain through the review request form. Your request will enter the review queue.
Are SEALs issued automatically?+
No. An authorised team member issues a seal after a recent positive review. Game testing and provider confirmation are not performed automatically by this platform.
What happens when a seal expires?+
The verification page and live badge display the expired status. Renewal requires a newly issued seal.
Is a SEAL a gaming licence?+
No. It is not a regulatory licence or permission to operate.
What do DEMO records mean?+
They are fictional sites and reviews illustrating the process. They make no claims about real organisations.
